Anna Kobylińska - Our Team

Anna Kobylińska is an Attorney at Law admitted in Poland and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in England & Wales. She advises individuals, entrepreneurs and corporate clients on a wide range of domestic and cross-border legal matters, with particular expertise in international litigation, extradition and corporate law.

Anna obtained her Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw in 2019. Following the successful completion of her professional training, she qualified as an Attorney at Law in Poland and has since developed a strong international practice, representing clients in matters involving both the Polish and English legal systems.

Her legal career in the United Kingdom began in 2019 when she joined AM International Solicitors as an Erasmus trainee at the firm’s London office. Following the successful completion of her placement, she was offered a permanent position and has continued to develop her career within the firm, working across both the London and Warsaw offices. This dual-jurisdictional experience has enabled her to build substantial expertise in handling complex international and cross-border legal matters.

Anna regularly advises on international commercial and corporate issues, civil disputes and multi-jurisdictional litigation. She has also developed considerable experience in extradition law, providing strategic legal advice and supporting clients involved in complex cross-border criminal proceedings. Working closely with colleagues in both the United Kingdom and Poland, she assists clients in navigating legal systems across different jurisdictions with confidence and efficiency.

Prior to joining private practice, Anna gained valuable commercial experience within the legal department of one of Poland’s leading publicly listed companies in the energy sector. This experience strengthened her understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the legal challenges faced by large commercial organisations.

Fluent in both Polish and English, Anna advises international clients in their preferred language, ensuring clear communication and practical legal solutions throughout every stage of their case.

Outside her legal practice, Anna has a longstanding passion for the history of art, having previously undertaken academic studies in the subject. She continues to pursue this interest through regular visits to museums, galleries and theatres, reflecting her appreciation for culture, history and the arts.
